The gel on my nails started peeling not even 3 days after getting them done. The woman that done them stayed on her phone the whole time she was doing my nails. She didn’t even listen to the style I really wanted.

I love the procedures and my nails are always done above my satisfaction, however the staff is not very friendly. They do not speak or say thank you. This is America where is the customer service???Services: Gel manicures

It seems as though mine is an unpopular opinion, but I had a great experience here. I have been driving to gluckstadt to get my nails done but with the holidays, that was out of the question so I went here. It is now 3 weeks later and they still look good. They have held up better and were half the price. I will definitely go back and hopefully I won’t experience what you all have!Service: Dip powder
