My Son was transferred to Artesia, MS to work at the new aluminum steel mill plant. He became very sick & in need of medical care, since he was new to the area, I googled and found North Mississippi Medical Center in West Point. Our experience was superior there compared to other ER’s we’ve been to! They were quick on their feet & eager to diagnose his illness, which turned out to be a very severe case of strep. From the time we walked through the doors we were treated with such respect & importance. When they entered the room they all addressed him by his name, that stood out to me, they didn’t see him as just another patient but as an individual. I wish I knew...read full review
I live in Columbus MS My son took me to West Point hospital Friday night March 18 and I just want to say they took such good care of me and if I ever have to go to the hospital again this is the one I want to go too West Point hospital and staff thank you all so much for your care and may God bless you all
This is the best hospital I have ever been to everything was good until the older white security guard(who his his name tag and gave me a false name) abused his power and used the security cameras to look inside my car while I was just sitting in it!!! I did not know that N.M.M.C. hired that kind of person! I have been here 3 or 4 days and haven't been bothered by anyone but him. He gives me the creeps !!!
