Called because my outside unit wasn't running but the blower was. Within an hour they had a technician on the way to my house and within 30 minutes they had it diagnosed and fixed. The technician made sure to text me, because I was at work, what was wrong, how he fixed it, and if I encountered anymore problems to let him know.
Great customer service! Nice friendly people! Made sure to to let us know they need & rely on us as customers and that we are appreciated. Installed my unit professionally & the guys where very courteous
A/C stopped blowing. I called. The technician, Byron, came. It needed a part, he was back in the afternoon. Fixed! Cold A/C. This all during the hottest week of July!! Thanks to Byron for polite, quick, excellent service.
