Great place to workout! I work out at this location with my nephew. He is disabled and relies on a wheelchair for mobility. The staff go out of their way to help him if he has any issues but more importantly they treat him with respect and dignity. All areas at this location are wheelchair accessible.

Great atmosphere... Suggestion -- take out about half the treadmills and elliptical machines. Install more workout machines and free weights. Upgrade the message chairs. Otherwise I enjoyed visiting from another state.

Large variety of machines, different workouts available, follow exercises on the screen in the space provided, follow routine in 30min all over body workout, or design your own workout !
