Fixed my hot water heater rod which broke again a month later. For three weeks after that, I was given the run around every time I called back about it being fixed again. Was told the part had to be ordered, the part wasn't in, they forgot to pick up the part. All during this three weeks I had no hot water to use. I finally had to call another plumber to fix it who got the part and fixed it the same day. Save your time and money and use someone else who is professional.

Bell's Plumbing is another service to avoid in the Bay St. Louis - Waveland area of the Mississippi Gulf Coast. I bought a house which the original owner had contracted James Bell to do some major work on. He claimed he finished the work and was paid in full, but after I took possession of the house it turns out he didn't make some crucial sewer connections which were part of the original work order, so I ended up using another plumber who did the needed connections. I ended up 450.00 out of pocket on something Bell should have done in the first place, so beware of Bell's Plumbing.
