Hill Constructions LLC did an outstanding job in constructing the new Education Building for Providence UMC. They are very professional and the construction was performed on time and within budget. They promise to provide more than what we asked and they fulfilled that promise. The material was high quality. For an example, we didn't take precaution for the bitter cold during the past winter and the pipes froze; however, because of the material used in plumbing prevented the pipes from bursting.
