We are pleased with the floors. The problem we had is,I called the store on Wednesday to confirm the job for Friday and told the lady we would be removing all furniture ourselves instead of paying $150 for the workers to do it. We worked hard almost all the day before they did the work. We only left a bed frame, that they pushed to the wall. We went to pay the final bill and they were still going to charge us $150,they took off $25 and charged us $125 for work they didn't do. We were going to have them do some more floors for us but we will not be doing business with them again.

We have visited many flooring stores. The sales staff was so welcoming and genuinely helpful from the moment we walked in. They have so much more than carpet! We bought quartz countertops and had beautiful vinyl planks installed throughout the entire house. They measured and quoted us pricing- for free, they even handled installation! It was so easy and we are beyond pleased.
