Five Star Nails

The nails chipped the day we got them out of nowhere. It was my Nieces first manicure and they skipped her hand massage and couldn't do the design I had confirmed they could do before we showed up. I almost walked out at that point but I didn't want to make a big deal about it if she didn't care. She still had fun and liked it but overall was disappointed and bored because hers was down way before mine even though I also got a basic manicure specifically so she wouldn't be waiting on me. They were polite so it is still 3 stars but was definitely a let down.

I have been coming to this salon for quite a while, having both good and bad experiences. Yet, today was different. I came on a Wednesday expecting it to be slow. I was very mistaken. Lots of clients with only 3 techs. I waited for nearly an hour and contemplated just leaving. I’m so glad that I stayed. I was serviced by a younger man who went above and beyond. I was worried that the service would decline as they were rushing but this is by far the best service that I have ever received from this place. Bravo!Service: Pedicure

Lee was Great I Guess she was new. Almost left the water about to overflow out of the pedi bowl. But she did Great on my ingrown toe nail that I felt in my big toe. But I guess the owner lady with the blonde and black hair very rude. Talking in their language constantly on the phone and seeming like she was talking about the customers. My $45 pedi went up to $65 for gel. Nope. An under the foot dryer I saw a spider an alerted them an they just fanned it away. I hurry up an got out of there. But Thanks Lee!
