We brought our 2021 income tax info. to Melissa the first week of April’ 21. At that time Melissa’d us she was backed up and would have to file for an extension. We had with that, but it took her until 8/18 to complete them. On 9/1 the La. state Revenue dept. sent me a letter saying the taxes were done wrong. I tried contacting Melissa 3x’s to find out what was wrong and she never got back in touch with me. So I had to do my taxes myself to find her $250 mistake that the state was now charging me monthly interest on. I paid her $200 to do my taxes right the first time and she didn’t make any attempt to find out what she did wrong or even offer a refund for me...read full review
