Today I was reminded why I try to use local companies for my family. We have been seeing Dr Dax for over 15 years! I lost my last box of contacts and reordered more on Monday. Today my glasses broke! I called hoping my contacts had arrived, but they didn’t. Not only did they tell me to come on in when they closed in 25 min and get a trial pair but they helped me pick out a new pair of frames because mine were not fixable. When I apologized for creating all this work when they see closing I was simply told not to worry about it, they all had late days sometimes. Had this been a big corporate outfit, there’s no way I would have gotten small town help.
