To try and make a long story short: The first plumber I called was awful. He came initially at 8:30 pm for ten minutes and told us we needed thousands of dollars worth of work done. After poor communication and him continuing to no show us, we called John with Steele Plumbing. He came exactly when he said he would, and was done with his work within a few hours. The first plumber falsely exaggerated our plumbing issue. Words cannot express how thankful I am for Steele Plumbing but to try and describe them in a few- Honest, dependable, polite, knowledgeable, punctual, and responsive!

06/23/2002 - UPDATED!!!! - As you can see below, the owner John responded to my review. I called their office and got an immediate answer and spoke with the most pleasant individual. She reiterated what John had noted below and took down the details of the work we need done. She advised they will follow-up shortly on this. After this conversation, my confidence level is high and I look forward to working with these guys. John was able help me with a few plumbing projects that I had. I was very pleased with the work and price. He set a date and time to start the project and stuck to it. Will call on him again.Services: Drain cleaning
