“I am upgrading my two star review to a 5 star. Affordable Lock and Key contacted me and replaced the lock cylinders. Good customer service. I am leaving my original review below for reference.

Mixed opinion. I asked them to rekey 5 locks. 2 of the three mortise cylinders they sold me as new were used (they charged me for new). Pliers marks where they were forcibly removed from previously doors. None of the keys work properly unless you pull them out a little after fully inserting them. their key cutter need an education, he needs to learn how to cut a key that actually works.“
