The first photo is what I asked Stephanie Wilson, a beautician, at the salon for, and the second picture is what I received. She told me she didn’t do refunds, to buy some baby shampoo and baking soda and fix it myself because that’s all she was going to do! DO NOT GO HERE!!!

Absolute worst haircut of my life!!! I had hair all one length and down to my waist when I went in. Not only did I make sure I told her I absolutely did NOT want short hair because it makes my face look fat, I specifically asked to have 6 inches taken off (not 16"), for the perimeter to be rounded and shaped like a U in the back instead of blunt cut, and to have long layers. I also took a picture in of how I wanted it to look. I came out with uneven hair cut above my shoulders and no layers. It actually looks like a bell because she didn't thin it at the ends. It was so bad I actually had to go home and somewhat shape it myself to get it to look "okay". Now I will have to wait a year before it is even long enough to get it somewhat manageable. I can't believe that a licensed hairdresser cannot listen, take instructions, nor look at a photo and tell how to cut. If I could give this place zero stars I would gladly do that. Never again will I get my hair done here!
