When I called on the Saturday of Labor Day Weekend I was expecting to have to leave a voicemail and wait until Tuesday to get our unit fixed. But they answered on the second ring! Their customer service is awesome, and they were very prompt with the service call. They got everything up and running in less than 30 minutes. They answered all my questions and are very personable. Will be using them for future HVAC issues!! Thank y’all so much!!
The best place for your AC issues. They are prompt and very reliable. I had to call on them yesterday. The guy was super friendly and the ladies on the phone were very polite and friendly as well. Me and my family have always used Allred Heating and Cooling. In my personal opinion they are the best.
Great service & very pleasant workers . Great price for 2 units we wanted. Honest and kept his word on the price. Fixed issues that we had. We will definitely use this company again.
