My nails still hurt. Went for a manicure. It's Wednesday, 4:30pm. Walk in, good vibes. Nice lobby. Interesting products. I walk back to the nail station and there are fingernail clippings on the ground. Ok, whatever. There are three people working here. Guess they've been busy. As soon as I'm seated, the owner/receptionist lady breezes out with a cool "I'm gone" yelled out to the salon. K, bye? My manicurist asks me what I'd like. I say just a mani and some polish. She says that will be the same price as gel or dips. (Which turned out to be a staggering $50) I'm like ok, I'm a dip girl usually. We proceed. She starts filling my nails down with her little machine operated file. Once they are paper thin, she moves to the cuticles. Once I am covered in all my nail shavings that flew up from the electric file, she begins painting. Awesome. Never had my dead skin painted into my fingernails before.Not a single towel or drop of alcohol was used in this process. No hand washing. Nothing. She used a rough $1 hard nail file to rub my fingers after she was done dipping them in clear dip? 9 times, then painting polish over the top??? Never in my life, and I've had a dip every two weeks for years. The paint/dip job was so sloppy, I had to peel stuff off my PALMS afterward. I look like I have an out of control fungus on my nails. My fingers are swollen. Jesus Christ. I feel so violated, I can't even discuss the rest of it. This should be enough to let you know : do not go there. There's a reason you have to make an appointment ahead of time for your nail girl. So you don't have To experience horrible shit like this. Be warned, ladies.

Overpriced, very little selection of nails colors, pedicurist didn't clip my nails or ask what I wanted - left my toenails long. My friend's pedicure was splotchy and her cuticles were painted over. Facial (humidifier) water was not changed in between facials. Oh, and the contemporary Christian music playing is not for everyone. Staff was polite, but it wasn't enough to save this experience.

Just moved here looking for new stylist! This place looks nice on outside! Has a boutique in the inside! Stylist was nice, not long in shop or at least that's what it felt like! Have short curly hair and prior cut in another city was fabulous! Grew out great still looked great but just needed cut! She indicated she could see the shape but wow just didn't quite get it done! I'm in the market for a new place has been a horrible cut, difficult to deal with from the beginning and now out of control! So unless you have name of someone in particular that comes recommended steer clear!
