Bailie cut my daughters and my hair. She was super sweet and very patient and just did an amazing job. First time ever coming here and better belive I will be coming back. First time my daughter didn't cry over a hair cut and she said she only wants Ms. Bailie to cut her from now on. Definitely recommend and we will be back. Thank you Tangles and Bailie yall are awesome.

My hair is super long and a little messed up due to my being in the military (super tight sock buns and a pound of gel every day, not to mention going to the field and being unable to wash or take care of it for days/weeks at a time!) So I made an appointment and while I felt bad for coming in with such a weird situation, Marianne (I apologise, I didn't catch the spelling!!) Took such great care of me. She detangled it (the curse of curly hair), trimmed off the dead ends, layered it to match the uneven parts of my hair, and dyed it the color I wanted! Came out absolutely gorgeous!! Marianne was really chill and fun to talk to! Barbara was also in the salon and working on another woman's hair, we all had a great time chatting! She was fixing her bleached hair (apparently the other few times the woman got her hair bleached it was really over processed and breaking, but Barbara was fixing her up and doing it right!)
