This place is amazing! My kitty had fishing hooks stuck in her, and I was so worried. The staff took such wonderful care of her and handled everything with ease. They carefully removed the hooks and made the whole experience so much less stressful. I felt completely supported, and it made me feel so much better. I’m so grateful for their kindness and professionalism!
We were recently seen for some dental work. The staff was very informative and answered all of our questions prior to the procedure. Called during the procedure to keep us updated and once it was completed. We were provided a detailed treatment plan with a variety of procedures listed as well as the price should they need to do more than originally discussed. Everything went well, and we were provided detailed post-op instructions. They also called 2 days later to check on him as well. We are very pleased with the service! We love how friendly the staff is at Precious Paws! We recently changed to Precious Paws because of the rude customer service we received from our previous vet. It is like night and day. I feel like our business is truly appreciated and that they actually care about our fur babies. And the difference in the actual exam was impressive. We have been going to our previous vet for 30+ years and we were blown away with the exam on our first visit. I also love the follow up and being able to make an appointment!
