May 2025. Roderick has serviced my home twice. He does a great job. You shall not get one complaint from me. He was very courteous while being 100% about the business. He serviced every nook and cranny in my home. Also, he took care of a wasp nest that I didn't see while working my yard. Thanks for having a great eye and doing a great with a great attitude.
I haven't had them long enough to say how well it all worked but the appointment was very easy to set up, they had availability the next day, and they were on time. My technician was Rakeem and he was very friendly and seemed very thorough. He walked us through everything he did and explained how it all worked. I am very pleased witj Orkin so far

He was prompt, polite, pleasant, professional and thorough. He answered all of my questions. I appreciate his attention to detail and his focus on doing a quality job while being friendly and patient.
