Dr. Newman has been my PCP for years. I followed my mom there and my adult children followed me. If you happen to see Dr. Newman, you are in good hands. The other providers do not know what they are doing and rarely listen. For two months, I was given steroids, creams and on my first visit nothing at all for what appeared to be shingles, I was in terrible pain. I visited 3 times. The 2nd visit, the nurse was argumentative because she thought I refused steroids during the 1st visit. They were never offered! I finally visited a dermatologist.
My relative is on 3 blood pressure medications to see what is going to work!

Dr. Newman and the NP’s are great!!! The front office staff needs to work on their attitudes! They are some very nasty individuals that are supposed to be trained to serve the public!

Scamming artists at the front desk!! Every time my aunt goes for an appointment, they say that she has a balance. I told them that she isn’t supposed to have to pay due to her insurance plan. She says ok I will give them a call. She comes back in 2 mins stating that the insurance company says she hasn’t met her deductible. We give a call to the insurance company, they say no calls from that facility have been made. Also, they say she has no balances or claims from this drs.office. She then tries to call the drs office a few times herself, and guess what?? No answer!!! They try to throw out some medical terminology at you and think that they are scaring you.
