I am going to say that this is the location you should go to if your regular one doesn't have your size. You can't always trust the online quantity. This store had merchandise a lot of JCP locations didn't have.

Totally disorganized in the Men's dress pants/suits area. The Men's dressing room was horrendous. Looked like it had not been touched in ages. Stressful and disappointing experience.

Jeanette in the jewelry department is beyond amazing!!! Me and my husband came in to find him another wedding band. Jeanette greeted us with care and she helped us find the perfect ring. She was very knowledgeable and was also training in the process. Very kind employee!!!! She made our visit nothing short of awesome.
