Last time I came to Firestone it was to get something fixed in our car. We were there for several hours and the issue wasn’t even fixed; now we have to come back after originally spending $900 to fix this thing. This time we just came to replace two tires. Went pretty quickly and everything was smooth. They almost didn’t give us back our spare but that’s fine lol sometimes things happen. Hopefully the next experience is even better.
