Leon was meticulous and inspected every nook and cranny. He was accommodating of us being present during the inspection and was cordial and offered explanations of the process and his opinions throughout. Leon inspected each individual outlet and each and every switch for operation. When we made observations, he offered an explanation or made note in his inspection.
