“We have been customers of White Oaks Cleaners for roughly 6 or 7 years now. They do a wonderful job, they are very professional and the prices are extremely competitive. We have used them for all types of garments, tablecloths, etc and never have I had an issue. They are extremely reliable and delivery is SUCH a time saver for us. We could not be happier with them. One time we had a shirt come back without a button. As soon as I let them know they apologized, repaired it and delivered it to us. “The cleaners lost 5 of my pants and refused to intitially respond to my request for compensation or replacement. I even filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau with a follow up letter. A month later they called me to tell me they had found my pants and said they would waive the dry cleaning charges for my trouble. I was satisfied with the result, but their initially response was poor. I am not sure what they would have done if they hadn't found my pants, but "All's well that ends well. Once they corrected the matter I will go back, they have a Wednesday 30% discount on dry cleaning, which is less than any other cleaner by far and I have used them for years. .“
