I hate to say it but the old lady at the front desk is horribly rude & looks & acts like she should go ahead & do us all a favor and retire. I’ve never in my life seen anything quite like her. Besides her, Everyone that worked there was kind & professional. It was my first time taking a pet there but not sure if I’ll go back cause that old lady was the worst & at her age, I’m almost positive I’m not the only person who she’s treated like a POS & I bet I’m not the first to complain about her either. Dr. Shideler takes the best care of my fur babies & my family & friends fur babies. He's always a phone call away with what ever I need. I would never take my babies anywhere else.

Dr. Shideler is the most brilliant doctor and has the biggest heart when caring for animals. His compassion and passion for what he does truly shows in his work. He’s saved my small fiest from a snake bite and another small dog from a vicious dog attack. He’s been our angel for over 20 Years now. There is no other doctor like him and our town is blessed to have such a talented veterinarian and miracle worker. He also doesn’t overcharge. After receiving the vet bill, after he’s saved your pet.. only to see it’s half the price of other vets.. It only leaves your heart overwhelmed with love.
