Doctor Mettetal and staff is one of the most kind and courteous people's you want to wait on you. They greeted you with a smile and ask may they help you last, but least Doctor Mettetal come in the waiting room greeted you with a smile on his face explain to you what your diagnosis was the last time you was their. He ask you have anything change since then. He will tell you what he can do to make you feel better. I had a pain in my right knee I don't like taking shots he kept talking to me about the shot and It not going to hurt trust him so I did the next day my knee wasn't paining anymore I am so glad my daughter Angela send me to see him.. He one of the best Doctor's in this area

I hate to say it but the old lady at the front desk is horribly rude & looks & acts like she should go ahead & do us all a favor and retire. I’ve never in my life seen anything quite like her. Besides her, Everyone that worked there was kind & professional. It was my first time taking a pet there but not sure if I’ll go back cause that old lady was the worst & at her age, I’m almost positive I’m not the only person who she’s treated like a POS & I bet I’m not the first to complain about her either. I was scared to leave my pet there. Thats how dang mean that woman is. The rest of the staff & the vet are good. So good that I’m giving 4 stars. Their 1 problem is the 1st person you see when you get there.
