“Update: The doctor at this clinic did reach out to me and told me to contact her personally.. She let me speak with her nurse who was able to make my baby an appointment right away for Friday (2 days away) . We got there and was taken to the back pretty fast and seen by Dr Coakley (who was great with my baby) and gave him his vaccines. We will be returning. The environment was very friendly, wasn’t too packed with people . I would highly recommend Dr. Philiis Coakley at JPA.I have literally been trying to make an appointment with them for 3 months now.! The lady that’s answering the phone is STOPPING ALL of the business this clinic could be getting (it has been the same lady answering every time I call! ) She is RUDE! Act like she does not want to do her job! I had the previous doctor to send medical records twice and when I call to set an appointment at JPA to set a 6 month shot appointment she won’t even go pass “you need to tell the doctor to send his medical records”… I have never had to request records… it’s usually the clinic that does that. I will NEVER go there I can already see before I even let my child become a patient there that this clinic is not worth it.!! Get a NEW RECEPTIONIST!! This is on 1/10/2023 at 9:30am!“

“I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Timi and his entire staff! We found Dr. Timi’s clinic when we were at our wits end trying to figure out why our son was constantly fussy, sick all of the time, had skin breaking out, and had extremely poor sleep quality with waking several times each night. He took the time to listen and help us figure out what the root cause was and did not just dismiss our concerns as “normal” behavior. I can say after working with Dr. Timi our son is a new kid! His skin is clear, he recovers quickly from illnesses he catches, he sleeps 12 hours straight at night, and is overall just a happier kid. We are so thankful to have found this clinic!“
