“First time visiting this place and I’m not sure why I was ever hesitant about going. The staff were exceptional! Friendly, courteous, helpful, and knowledgeable. The rooms were nice, neat and clean.I did the full body Cryo, Normatec compression, and the cryo facial. It has only been about 12 hours but I am already feeling the positive effects from the cryo treatments. The normatec compression was almost instant..I definitely recommend this if you have sore leg muscles or leg pain.“
