“OMG!!! THE BEST AFC CLINIC EVER!! I hv visited ones from Atlanta, Ga & Mobile, Al but this one is my ALL TIME FAVORITE. THE BEST PROFESSIONAL SERVICE EVER AND THE DR.Gabriel Ibarra really take the time to listen & advocate for his patients, you don't find Physician like that anymore except for Eric Becker & Dr. Glen Gallaspie from Mobile, Al ( Springhill Phyisican) I can not believe I found a Great Physician here, one I attend to keep seeing. THANK YOU NURSES FOR YOUR YOUR AWESOME CARE AS well!!“

“Update: The doctor at this clinic did reach out to me and told me to contact her personally.. She let me speak with her nurse who was able to make my baby an appointment right away for Friday (2 days away) . We got there and was taken to the back pretty fast and seen by Dr Coakley (who was great with my baby) and gave him his vaccines. We will be returning. The environment was very friendly, wasn’t too packed with people . I would highly recommend Dr. Philiis Coakley at JPA.I have literally been trying to make an appointment with them for 3 months now.! The lady that’s answering the phone is STOPPING ALL of the business this clinic could be getting (it has been the same lady answering every time I call! ) She is RUDE! Act like she does not want to do her job! I had the previous doctor to send medical records twice and when I call to set an appointment at JPA to set a 6 month shot appointment she won’t even go pass “you need to tell the doctor to send his medical records”… I have never had to request records… it’s usually the clinic that does that. I will NEVER go there I can already see before I even let my child become a patient there that this clinic is not worth it.!! Get a NEW RECEPTIONIST!! This is on 1/10/2023 at 9:30am!“
