I highly disliked my visit here. Keep in mind, I am not one to give out bad reviews at all. I almost always give someone the benefit of the doubt. But I can't ignore this interaction... I came in looking for hairspray, and I was perfectly cordial. I was looking for it as the current one I had wasn't doing the job. The owner, who had the door locked, allowed me in, and I explained my situation. She gave some recommendations in the shop and told me she didn't know the price offhand. Her attitude then turned cold as she then ushered me out and told me she wasn't comfortable selling to me by herself. I asked her if I had offended in any way, and she gave me one of those looks that your mama gives you when she is royally pissed off and sticks her tongue in her upper lip and purses her lips. I left the store utterly confused...the only thing I can think is she thought I was a robber casing the place, but that is an erroneous thought; I was wearing my business outfit and I had my work badge on, why would I do something like that? I had, as well, explained that I lived around the area and had just noticed the place there. I've never seen any business there; maybe this is the reason why. She did recommend going to another salon across the street. I didn't go as I didn't have time at that point. I probably should take that to heart. I firmly and wholeheartedly recommend to avoid this business entirely. I don't make that recommendation lightly. Maybe the owner was frightened of me, or I did something wrong but if my harmless interaction was enough to set the owner off in that manner then I have no idea why she is a business owner. As for me, I will take my money elsewhere.
