Had so many calls today but I called at 7am and he was here at 7:30!!!! Polite, professional and did what needed to be done! Didn’t take advantage and find other unnecessary things to charge me for… This is my second time using this company. I won’t use anyone else! FAIR PRICING! An invoice was sent through text 10 minutes after the service man left making it an easy way to pay! Speak plainly and not pretentious, very experienced and very knowledgeable. All front staff are understanding, anticipate my concerns, and treat my pets with love. I've been in several times with my animals and never had a bad experience

I recently sent my GSD Sally to do obedience training and the experience has been outstanding. From the initial consultation to the completion of the training program, the team demonstrated professionalism and genuine care for both the dogs and their owners.
The trainers are highly knowledgeable and use positive reinforcement techniques. Sally has shown significant improvement in her behavior, from mastering basic commands to improving her social skills with other dogs.
The trainers even went over every command with me and showed me the proper way to do it. They spent over an hour making sure I knew exactly how to work with my dog. I am so grateful for PSD.

He came out and installed my dishwasher one day after I called him and he had me up and running in less than an hour! Home Depot installers could not do it and he did with no problems! Would definitely recommend him, and his prices are very reasonable also! Will definitely use him again!
