Check in was smooth, I just needed dead ends trimmed off, no actual style or hair products were offered. Usually someone at least offers some hair spray, but I’ll know to ask next time. Stylist was friendly and professional and I did leave a tip, however, I feel that I was overcharged for the minimal service I requested and got. That would be my only complaint.
I loved how I was greeted with a smile as soon as I walked in. The salon was neat clean and very inviting. The atmosphere was calm and relaxing. Erica was my stylist. She did an amazing job asking in detail what I wanted and even made a few suggestions. The final look was fabulous. She showed me the back and how it tapered just right. I loved how she was tidying up and sanitizing as she was working. A true professional. Her value is truly priceless and her skills as a stylist are remarkable.
Mirandan gave me an incredible bob cut! Professional & friendly as well as considerate of my concerns & wants. Highly satisfied!
