Pontotoc Animal Clinic provides excellent and compassionate care for pets. The staff, from the front desk to the assistants and veterinarians, are very nice, friendly, kind, and super accommodating. They are truly concerned and compassionate about both pets and their owners, helping to calm nervous animals and their people. The clinic is known for being amazing with the animals and extremely helpful. In both routine visits and emergencies, the clinic works to see patients right away. The veterinarians are very knowledgeable, often identifying problems almost immediately. They always discuss treatment options and the cost of each test or procedure beforehand, allowing owners to decide. The staff is sympathetic and takes care to ensure owners are comfortable, even taking pets to another room for certain procedures. The clinic is very reasonably priced and offers great convenience by having pet medications and supplies, including prescription food, available in-house. Pet owners express complete trust in the clinic, stating they won't take their animals anywhere else and that you can 100% put your trust in this clinic for the very best care and treatment.
I love the staff and the doctors. Everyone is always polite and knowledgeable, but most of all, we knew we had found our new vet because they treated our dogs like they were actually important and not just a patient number.
These folks are the Best! Dr Brewer and Dr Dodson have been taking care of my dogs for years and we always get there very best of care. From the person at the front desk to all the assistants to the Drs they all truly are concerned and compassionate about you and your pet . They are very reasonably priced. And they always discuss treatment options and the price with you and let you decide the treatment you want to take. They also have all my pet meds in house, and a lot of pet supplies. I won't take my fur babies anywhere else.
Had an emergency with my male cat & we were seen right away. The staff were super accommodating & we were taken right back to a room. Kitty was seen right away. The Vet was very knowledgeable & knew almost immediately what was possibly the problem. I was asked before hand about the tests that could be done & the cost of each. I opted to fully have him checked with what was available. My kitty was even taken to another room while getting blood drawn & later an injection so I would not get upset to see him hurting. The problem was immediately identified & explained to us. We were given rx cat food which we opted to get from the clinic. Which was a huge convenience. Kitty...read full review
