First, I want to say that everyone in the office was pleasant. The vet was very professional and efficient in his exam. My biggest complaint would be that when I arrived, I was told that the appointment was for the following day (Dec 6) at 1:40pm not that day (Dec. 5). When I got home, I double checked the email I received and found that the appointment was confirmed for Dec. 5. (On Thursday, December 1, 2022, at 07:54:59 AM CST, Animal Health Clinic [email protected] wrote: I have set it up for 1:40 pm on December 5th.) I am not sure where or how the error occurred, but I believe that more care should be taken to check the dates in an email before transferring them to the appointment system. Then the girl at the counter kept asking me for information which I had already provided on the paperwork that I was asked to fill out. Her response when I mentioned that was "Oh, I didn't look at the paperwork."

They were able to get my Ava in quickly after she had been attacked by something outside early in the morning, they were so good with her and I am very happy with how they did and with their service. Staff is also very helpful and very friendly!
