Went several times and was pleased. However, this time I went and got a very, very poor pedicure. When I asked very kindly about the hard, dry skin still on and around my toes, I was told they did it properly. Instead of just fixing it and keeping a customer, she was very nice but kept saying it was done right. I’ve been getting pedicures for 30 years so I know what I know. As I was leaving, I told her to say what she will, but Im 100 percent right and will never go back. And just so you know how sure I am of the poor job, I’ve never in my life left anyone a poor review. Everyone has their days, just make it right. They didn’t.

So disappointed. 30 minutes pedicure and bottom of foot dry and still hard. I told young lady I wanted her to use the cheese grater for my foot. Lol, which they usually use. She said she did when I know she didn't bc I didn't see the dry skin falling off. I go outside and realize I still have all the dry skin under my foot. When I went back in to tell her about it, she said I can't use it on your feet bc will cause bleeding. She didn't realize she had just admitted to not usingthe cheese grater. Won't be back!

Very rushed unfortunately… whole pedicure took maybe 20 mins if that.. Got french tip and VERY clearly you could see a huge messed up spot on my big toe and she wasn’t going to fix it.. i had to ask her to very nicely and she half fast fixed it and i had to say it again which is just uncomfortable for me. i said “um im sorry and don’t mean to be mean but it’s still just a mess and not fixed…. can you please do it right” and she didn’t say anything at all and i could feel the annoyance. and on top of it, their all chipped up 3 days later.. never ever have i had that happen.. just won’t ever go back sadly.
