Several weeks ago when my aunt passed away, I was scrambling last minute trying to get flowers sent to the funeral home. Because let's be honest, we don't think of that right away. Her viewing was on a Sunday evening, I remembered flowers late Saturday night. Bright and early Sunday morning, in full on panic mode I called David at The Added Touch in Philadelphia. He talked me thru what I had in mind and told me that it wouldn't be a problem to have them ready and delivered before her viewing. Within the hour he was texting me a picture of the finished arrangement and it was absolutely beautiful. A silk sympathy stand with a wooden art piece on it and it was perfect! I also ordered a Peace Lilly and he assured me that it was beautiful. When I got there that night, I was absolutely blown away. The Peace Lilly was the biggest and fullest that I had ever seen and it was definitely beautiful. Both orders were sight unseen and David assured me that I wouldn't be disappointed. He was absolutely right!. The best customer service and hands down the prettiest arrangements in town. Thank you David!!

I had the most pleasant experience with The Added Touch Flowers and Gifts during a very difficult time. I was treated with respect and felt like my needs were heard and understood. The standing funeral spay that was made for my brother was absolutely beautiful, it matched the casket spray perfectly. I highly recommend this business, their work was beyond my expectations.
