I had a great experience at Petal Rainforest. The service was excellent from start to finish, and the atmosphere was welcoming. The general manager, Lucky, is a genuinely good man who goes above and beyond to make sure customers are taken care of. You can tell he truly cares about both the staff and the people coming in. I went to the rainforest in petal MS, and got the best experience ever! I just paid for major repairs on my other vehicles, and thought I needed an oil pan. But the techs there, Trevor, Patton and Jordan took their time and fixed the issue without me having to get an oil pan. I won’t go to any other rainforest but this one now
