Wow, there’s so many bad reviews… I’ve been here at least 6 times and have never had a bad experience or been turned away. I like going here because I’m in and out pretty quick. Amber Touchstone is really nice and down to earth. She’s easy to talk to and always answers my questions no matter how many I have. She makes me feel like she really cares and it’s important to feel that way about your doctor. As far as reception goes nothing really stands out. It’s crazy to see how many people have had bad experiences.

This happened a while back but my friend had a bad experience recently which reminded me of my awful experience. I visited this place to get a checkup after having flurona (which i told them i had) so i could get an extension on my leave from work. They gave me a covid test and said i was positive and treated it as if it was my first visit. I told them I know I have it and I needed a note for work and the brunette doctor lady started flipping out on me. She said if she knew I knowingly had covid walking in she would’ve charged me $250 for exposing everyone. Will not be coming back came here yesterday 12/14/23 for a horrible swollen knot in my face they would not see me… told me to go to a dentist and it had NOTHING to do with my teeth.. went to my PCP in seminary it’s a sebaceous cyst infected got antibiotics had to go back today 12/15/23 because of the pain to get it lanced and drained.. will not be back I’m a resident of petal and was turned away
