I never write recommendations, but this team was so fantastic that I felt like I should. They were prompt, courteous, efficient, and just went above and beyond what they were asked to do. While everyone was a blessing, if you call and get Demetrius, Kyle or Davonte on your team, count yourself extremely blessed! Liz was awesome as well!

We recently had a slow water leak from our water heater. By the time it became evident by a big wet spot in our dining room carpet, we had a pretty fair mess to deal with. Every - and I mean EVERY - person with Restoration 1 coming in and out of our house from the remediation to the rebuild was professional, friendly, and caring. The entire process was handled with concern for us and our home. This was all during a big move for the company from one location to another (they’re growing!) and they didn’t miss a beat!! Every text, every question, was answered quickly and the ones over the work were very available. I have to give a shout out to Cody! He was patient as I picked out flooring, and when I couldn’t be swayed from my original choice which could have slowed things down, he still worked hard to meet a personal deadline I had for a event pre scheduled. Could we have made other plans? Yes, but he knew this was important to me and that mattered to him! Another shout out to Chris Watkins with Patriot Plumbing for finding the leak and referring us to Restoration 1! It is so encouraging to experience professional young men who care enough to do their best and consider what is best for their customer! What a difference it makes!!!

A pipe burst at my house January 17. It was traumatic. The plumber was able to get there within 20 min, and they highly recommended Restoration 1 for the clean-up process. They came to my house within an hour and set up about 17 blowers. We all established a relationship as I had them in and out of my house for 3 months bc I found out they could head up every step of the restoration. Every single person who came to my house was professional, patient, and empathetic. All were very good listeners which is important to someone who has just gone thru something so traumatic. I let them do everything from repairing my ceiling sheetrock to pulling out all downstairs floors and replacing them. Melissa Swoope was my project manager, and now she feels like a friend of mine. I HIGHLY recommend this company. Wouldn't use anyone else!!! Laurie McClintock
