Best and most knowledgeable Geo-Thermal company by FAR. Have zero problems with my Geo System after 8yrs. If I call about a rental house with a standard A/C problem late in the evening when it’s 100 degrees in August (never breaks when it’s nice and cool out)they will b there the very nxt day or as soon as parts r available. I thru my family have been around every notable HVAC Co. for over 40 yrs. in the Jackson Metro area and when I found these guys I found they try hard to please. U can’t please everyone but they do try very hard.

I have been with-out a working AC for almost 3 weeks. I'm a customer of 2-10 Home Warranty, they use Climate King as on of their contractors for AC repair. Between both 2-10 and Climate King making wrong diagnoses and long part order delays and very poor customer service for both parties. I decided end my the wait and pay for my own unit. I contacted Comfort Design at 9:00 am, they man that I talked listened to my problem , said he would check some prices and get back to me. I was back in contact with him within the hour. He was able to find out the estimated time of arrival on my new compressor parts ordered by Climate King ( I could not even get a return call from... read full review

I am so happy I found this company! I have used them twice, so far. I called after hours on one of the hottest days of the summer and a technician was at my house in less than an hour. Repaired my A/C that evening and didn't charge an arm & a leg to come after hours. This will be my go to A/C company from now on.
