I can assure you that they have the best prices for equipment and their service technicians are great and responsive 24/7. My compressor went out in my outside unit and was barely working and running my power bill up all last summer!! I called Climate Masters and signed up for a maintenance thinking that may help. They discovered the compressor scrolls were damaged during the service call as I told them things just didn’t seem to be right with the system. After getting a few quotes, it was no doubt I was going with them to replace my whole outdoor condenser. Friendly and quick professional service, I’ll never call anyone else again!!

Climate Masters are number#1 on my list, actually I can’t wait till my unit dies for they can install a New Unit! And this is why, read below please! I wish I could say the name of the bad company.My AC quit and I call one of the top ac companies in the Jackson area who had availability ASAP, they came and in 20 minutes I needed a new system! The selling campaign started! They wanted approximately 18k for a totally new complete system , ac only needed a capacitor but somehow my unit lost freon? I saw the gage when he connected and it was ok? But was asked to go inside my house to turn my breakers off and on, and yes the breaker was besides the unit. (I like to watch... read full review
