I have been very impressed with the service, honesty, and truly exceptional customer service with Climate Masters! Everyone I spoke with and interacted with impressed me. Cheslyn, Andrew, and Brandon were all so polite and helpful. In a culture in which customer service is hard to find, Climate Masters really cares and takes pride in their work. Kevin Harris from Climate Masters fixed what another HVAC company left unfinished. My multi-zone system needed a new control board and dampers, but the first team of another company lacked the skills. Kevin came the same day I made a call, quickly diagnosed a wiring issue, and got it done. He was knowledgeable and professional. Mr. Blake, the manager, was also great - responsive and professional. Highly recommend!

I have used Climatemasters for my commercial real estate and personal residence for 40 years and they are a great company run by caring and good people. I can assure you that they have the best prices for equipment and their service technicians are great and responsive 24/7. Recently I needed help on an emergency basis after hours and again on Father’s Day. They responded quickly and were so helpful. Their technicians, Brandon and Jason, are super and so helpful.
