I called to have two of my units serviced and was instantly answered by a “hello, who’s this?” Then I asked if this was Sam’s ac and he said yes and asked where I was located with a comment “in china?”I’ll take my business elsewhere with this lack of professionalism!

Horrible company. My slumlord uses this service. This guy has come into my home (twice) and disrespected me, leaned all over my furniture with his hands and sweat, during a pandemic. He cannot walk up stairs or wear a mask because “he has asthma.” He has asked to use a step stool, bleach, a funnel, my water hose, etc. Told my dog to shut up. Told me “people don’t know how to Google”, and that I should be pouring bleach down the drain monthly. I have never had to pour bleach in an inside unit, EVER. Never rectified the problem. It’s still hot and our electric bill is over $300 a month. We keep the thermostat on 76-77. Disgusting.

I do not have any personal experience with this company. I was traveling on Hwy 43 on my way to work. I came up on 2 service vans that were moving slowly. I proceeded to pass the 2 vans in the passing lane. As I approached the van in the front (with Sam's A.C. & Heating decal) it began to speed up. At this point, there was now a vehicle coming in the passing lane but the van continued to speed up. I drive a Ford Fusion, not the swiftest vehicle on the road, so of course I put the pedal to the floor. Thank God I was able to get in front of the van, and as soon as I did, I could see the van slow down. I do not know what is wrong with the driver but that behavior is childish;...read full review
