Professional, honest, friendly, knowledgeable, and hard working! I contacted Brian with an emergency and he worked with us over the holiday weekend to solve it. I needed an old corroded faucet stem in my bathtub replaced. It was easy to schedule an appointment with very fast response time and great communication as to to when the technician arrived at the residence. Brian is a very nice guy who took the time to explain things to me about the repair. I will be using him for all my future plumbing.
