I was in Pascagoula for business for a couple of months and chose this gym because it has a heavy bag, like I use at home. I ended up loving this place. I wish I could have brought it back with me to Texas. Symone is an amazing woman. She made me feel at home from the moment I walked through the door. The boxing room is sparse, but functional with it's own kicking Bluetooth speaker so you can punch and stretch and workout to your own playlist. The equipment on the floor is clean and arranged well. I'm here from out of town for a few months, so I needed a gym close by... Specifically one with a heavy bag for boxing. This place is a gem of a gym. Everyone is friendly, there's everything you need here! They even have a new tanning room and a health drink place next door with an order window in the gym. I'm so glad I found this place AND it's flexible membership plans won't break the bank. Symone is an awesome lady and made me feel so comfortable the moment I walked in the door.

Great gym. Its clean and their steady adding to their equipment. The staff is nice and respectable. The prices are very reasonable compared to others. I'm really enjoying my time here.
