I was so impressed with Josh Greiner from Anderson, who came by promptly to give us a second opinion on a repair for our A/C system. He came highly recommended by a trusted acquaintance. Josh quickly determined that the issue was relatively minor and that an expensive repair recommended by another company was overkill. He took the time to explain what was happening, showed photos of the issue with the unit upstairs, and even suggested ways we could reduce future problems and prolong the life of our existing unit.
