The Floor Store, especially Alicia Fell, were awesome to work with. We experienced a flood and had to have old flooring torn out and new flooring installed. We are very pleased with the service they provided and would highly recommend them for any flooring needs.
I have high expectations when it comes to customer service. I went to a big box flooring store first. Long story short, after delay and run around answers, I ended up checking out The Floor Store. I got my flooring in 2 days (2 weeks quicker than the big box store) and less expensive. The flooring is top quality and the owner and staff were great. I highly recommend them. Here are a few pictures of the final product. I will use them in the future.
