“A friend referred us to Tracy. He inspected the roof and confirmed that our roof was heat damaged/ old/worn and needed replacement. We got another estimate and the other roofer said the same and was a little higher on his estimate. We went with Tracy because after meeting and talking with him, I could tell he was experienced ( over thirty years) and honest. Plus, he had done the roofs for two of my co-workers and they were satisfied. Tracy let me pick out the shingle color, suggested removing the power vents and go with ridge vents. We agreed and set a date. The materials were delivered the day before and the next day him and his crew were ready to work just after 6:00am as promised. His guys were polite and extremely hard working and Tracy communicated with me as needed throughout the day ( we went to work while the whole job took place). The roof was basically completed before 3:00pm. Tracy’s crew cleaned the entire area of debris and nails. The area was neat and cleaned up. I like how they color matched the roof vent pipes to the shingles making it all look great.The roof is beautiful and we have had no problems and only good things to say about Tracy Lindsey Roofing.“
