Very unorganized to be a professional medical facility. They are super slow. They place you in room and it appears as if they forget about you. All I came for was a DOT MEDICAL EXAM. I got her at 12:40 pm. It was after 3:00 pm before I left. Simply unbelievable. I must admit that there were three patients in front me but still feel like this took way too long.
Cayce Redding is wonderful and always takes good care of me. Been in twice the past month for different reasons and she was fast, polite, caring, and knowledgeable. The nurse who took my blood did an excellent job despite my nerves. Thank you.
If you refuse to see patients/walk ins because it's 5:34, you should lock the doors or at minimum OFFER a next day appointment. 2 cars in the parking lot(including mine). Customer service is lacking.
