Call and made an appointment thru Carmen, which this is my second time using Heaven Sent and everyone is heaven sent. Both times my experience was awesome and my carpet is very clean. Carmen was very professional and was able to get in last min. Brandon was the tech that came to clean my carpet and did an amazing job, I am highly satisfied and the price was very affordable. BIG UPS to Brandon and Carmen.

After experiencing a no show with another company, I contacted Heaven Sent Carpet & Janitorial Service to clean my carpet and sectional. I was able to obtain a quick appointment and the representative that took my order was pleasant and professional. The service technician arrive on time and was courteous, friendly, and worked quickly and efficiently. He was here a little over an hour and twenty minutes. After completing the job, he made sure that I was pleased with the outcome. I was extremely pleased with my sectional and carpet. My sectional looked brand new. Wonderful job!!! Ronald called while on his way to our home, arrived promptly and on time. He got our 20 year old carpet that has never been professionally cleaned looking brand new. No need to replace- I will recommend Heaven Sent to everyone looking to have their carpets cleaned.
