Keke and got "The Works" She did a scalp analysis, detox treatment and also scalp exfoliation, steam treatment, deep condition, scalp massage, etc. My scalp was so clean and felt so good afterwards. I can't tell you how many stylists I'd consulted about lightening my hair to a natural brown while avoiding any damage to my curl pattern. They all said it couldn't be done. I knew RaMona was different when she offered to consult with me over the phone to get a thorough understanding of what I was asking for, followed by her looking at photos of what I did *not* want. She said she could do it, and did!

RaMona is a true color EXPERT and my entire experience at her salon was wonderful. She took her time, explained every step as we went along, making sure I understood the "why" behind everything she did.

It is a welcoming space and everyone working there treated me with kindness (I mention this because we've aaaaaall been to that *one* salon where this isn't the case!)

I can't wait to visit Me'lange again!
