We have had several issues in the past years dealing with just poor unprofessional contractors/workers,we located this company and the owner name is Jim,all I can say is AWESOME,great job from beginning until the end of the job,the young lady Ms.Jennifer in customer service was excellent very professional when it came to the knowledge of the business and what was needed and the best prices,my water heater was replaced,Mr.Jim employees were excellent with correcting other issues that past contractors messed up,I recommend this company,they are fast,reliable,stand behind their products,I have nothing (-) to say about this company,I will be utilizing their services for several other jobs also
